Special Techniques Center Single Crochet (csc)Insert your hook through the center "V" of the stitch from the previous round (instead of under the top loops). Ensure the hook exits through the center of the two legs on the wrong side of the fabric. Invisible JoinDrop the working yarn loop. Pull the long starting tail completely through the last stitch of the round. Insert your hook from back to front under both loops of the first stitch of the round, then pull the tail through to the back. Insert your hook from back to front into the center of the last stitch made, and pull the tail through to the inside. Pattern Notes Joining Yarn: Butt new cord ends against old cord ends. Use a sewing needle and matching thread to stitch them together securely without creating a bulky knot. Starting Tail: Always leave a long starting tail (1 meter for the nest, 2 meters for the bassinet) as instructed. This tail is used exclusively to execute the Invisible Join at the end of each round.
