• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
• Saved patterns and cart: the patterns you save or add to your cart.
• Newsletter: your email address, the date you subscribed and the consent wording you agreed to.
• Messages: the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abusive requests. We count anonymous daily visits without cookies or identifiers.

Payments

Checkout is not currently available, and this website does not collect or store payment card details.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, provide free and purchased patterns, reply to messages and, if you opted in, send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Update your name and password from your account settings.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your data through our contact form.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request. Guest carts expire after about 60 days.
