ch: Chain sc: Single Crochet sl st: Slip Stitch sp: Space tr: Treble Crochet (Yarn over twice. Pull through two loops three times). 2-tr cl: 2-Treble Crochet Cluster / Puff (Yarn over twice, insert hook, pull up loop, pull through 2, pull through 2, leave loop on hook. Repeat again in same space. Yarn over, pull through all 3 loops on hook). V-st: V-Stitch (Work 1 tr, ch 1, 1 tr in the exact same space).

Notes

This pattern uses standard US crochet terminology. The body and sleeves are worked in the round from the top down after constructing the motif yoke. The Treble Crochet (tr) is what creates the drapey, open fabric of the blouse.
