Special stitches

3-hdc Puff Stitch: Yarn over, pull up a loop 3 times in the same stitch/space. Yarn over and pull through all 7 loops on the hook. Pattern Notes The bag starts by crocheting a flat rectangular base in rows. A border is crocheted around the flat base, and then the bag body is worked in continuous joined rounds going up. Chain 1 at the beginning of a row or round does not count as a stitch. The straps are crocheted directly onto the bag body.
